The Tsugami turret lathe is a common form of CNC machine tool. The hard rail is integrated with the body and has good rigidity. It is more suitable for heavy cuts and dies. The disadvantages of this form are:

1. The feed speed is slow, the accuracy is not very good, and it is not suitable for light cutting;

2. The tool holder and the tool holder can only realize the turning function. Milling is possible if a powered rotary table is used. However, the power turntable is a connecting rod type, which has high noise, large power consumption and low efficiency of non-working power tools;

3. The left side of the base of the Jinshang turret lathe is in contact with the ground, the right side of the water tank is suspended, the center of gravity is leftward, the work is unstable, the water tank is difficult to clean, and there is still water leakage;

4. Sheet metal parts bring a lot of inconvenience to service personnel during the maintenance process. After removing the cover, it is difficult to access the maintenance area and water leaks.

The Tsugami turret lathe includes a base part, a wire rail part and a sheet metal part provided on the base part, and a tool base part provided on the wire rail part. Sheet metal covers the base,

The line rail part of the Tsugami turret lathe includes Z-direction line rail, Z-direction slider, X-direction saddle, X-direction line rail and X-direction slider. There are two line tracks in the Z direction. The two Z-direction linear rails are parallel to each other and fixed on the base. There are at least one pair of z-direction sliders, and the paired z-direction sliders are respectively arranged on two z-direction guide rails, and can slide back and forth along the z-direction guide rails; the x-direction saddle is fixedly arranged on at least one pair of Z-direction sliders. On the block, the X-direction saddle can slide back and forth with the Z-direction slider along the Z-direction linear rails. There are two X-direction linear rails, and the two X-direction linear rails are fixed parallel to each other on the X-direction saddle. The X-direction sliders are at least one pair, and the paired X-direction sliders are respectively arranged on the two X-direction line rails, and can slide back and forth along the X-direction line rails;

The tool seat part of the Tsugami turret lathe includes a main sliding plate and a single-acting turret. The main sliding plate is fixed on at least a pair of X-direction sliders. The main sliding plate and the X-direction slider can slide back and forth along the X-direction linear rail. A rotatable cutter head is arranged on the tower, and a plurality of cutters are arranged on the cutter groove surface of the cutter head.

The base part of the Tsugami turret lathe includes a base, a water tank and a chip conveyor. The base is a box-shaped structure with an opening at the top. The middle section of the bottom of the base is provided with a water tank position for inserting the water tank, the top of the water tank is open, and the base is provided with a chip remover socket for inserting a chip remover, and the chip remover is located above the water tank. The top of the base is funnel-shaped.

The tailstock part of the Tsugami turret lathe includes the Z-direction linear rail of the tailstock, the tailstock slider, the backing plate, the tailstock, the hydraulic mechanism and the thimble. There are two linear guides in the Z direction of the tailstock. The two tailstock Z-direction line rails are parallel to each other and arranged above the base. The tailstock slider is arranged on the two tailstock Z-direction linear rails, and can slide back and forth along the tailstock Z-direction linear rails. The tailstock is fixed on the tailstock slider through the back plate. The two ends of the tailstock in the Z direction are respectively provided with a hydraulic mechanism and a thimble, and the hydraulic mechanism can push the thimble to the workpiece to be processed.

The tailstock assembly also includes a fastening block and a bolt. The fastening block is arranged below the two tailstock Z-direction rails, and the tailstock slider can be locked on the tailstock Z-direction rails by bolts.
